Netherlands) to be agreed with the Purchaser at contract award

Requirements:

• EDMS (Enterprise Document Management System) for document authoring, management (aka DMS) (SharePoint Server Object Model Farm Solution).
• NIP (NATO Information Portal) for publishing articles, news, events and exercises (aka CMS). (SharePoint Server Object Model Farm Solution).TT+ (Tasker Tracker Plus) for tasking personnel to execute work using workspaces (SharePoint Server Object Model Farm Solution).
• UCD (Unified Command Dashboard) as main point of entry to oversee underlying applications information (SharePoint Server Object Model Farm Solution).
• Analytics (MS Power BI and KNIME) for reporting.
• AI Felix for AI support in email organization, routing and metadata retrieval. Various Office add-in and AI technologies.
• Workflow tooling (Linqi, Lightning Tools and Power Automate) (Standalone workflow server and Client Side SharePoint solution)
• EPT (Enterprise Portal Templates) a set of Share Point web templates for quickly create portals (Classic Front-end JavaScript/CSS application).
• NMBS (NATO Metadata Binding Service) a mechanism to export and import documents/information preserving their associated metadata (SharePoint Server Object Model Farm Solution).
• Bespoke Content Collaboration Portals (SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online configuration and client side customization)
• Microsoft 365 Content collaboration and publication applications (SharePoint Online, Teams, Vive Engage, Viva Amplify, Viva Connections, Microsoft Tasks, Microsoft Lists, et cetera)
